We would like to work with you to create unique and beautiful decorative glass for your home, business, or place of worship. The range and versatility of our products assure that we can achieve your decorating goals, work within your budget, and craft a product that you will admire for years to come. Our first meeting may take place in our studio or in your home. We will discuss the design options and possibilities and develop a sense of the product and design that will be right for your space. Several products, spanning a wide price range, may meet your needs. If we know the rough dimensions of your window(s), we will be able to price out the various solutions that you may consider. When you decide to go forward with your project, we will ask for a deposit to secure your place in the production schedule and allow us to order the necessary materials. We will likely visit your home or business to review the installation options and get accurate measurements before ordering any custom glass. If your project involves custom design, we will meet with you to review and approve a full-size rendition of your pattern and, if necessary, to select from our palette of hundreds of colors and textures. We want to make sure that the design meets all your expectations before we move forward. Once your piece is completed, we will give you a call to schedule installation. The lead time depends on the product, the size of the job, and our workload. Typically, window film can be installed within two weeks, Stained Glass Overlay within three weeks of design approval, door inserts within three to five weeks, and other custom products within four to eight weeks. We will keep you informed throughout the process of the status of your project.
